Terms of Service (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen)
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to all services purchased through seowebtouch, operated as a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) by Alexander Schmitt, Am Wäldchen 15, 35649 Bischoffen-Wilsbach, Germany.
2. Services
The full, current description and scope of every service and package is published on Pricing → and each service's own page. That published description forms part of the contract for any order placed against it.
3. Prices and VAT
All prices shown on this site are net, in Euro, plus 19% German VAT (Umsatzsteuer) unless otherwise stated. EU business customers who provide a valid VAT ID at checkout are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism (§13b UStG); VAT is then owed by the customer in their own country, not charged by us.
4. Contract formation
Placing an order via checkout constitutes a binding offer to purchase the selected service(s) at the listed price. A contract is formed when we confirm the order (the order-confirmation page and reference number).
5. Retainer minimum terms and notice
Where a service or bundle carries a stated minimum term (see the relevant pricing section — currently 3 months for some retainer tiers, 6 months for the Performance bundle), the retainer runs for that minimum term at the agreed monthly price. After the minimum term, the retainer continues month-to-month; either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice, effective at the end of the then-current billing month. One-off services (the SEO Audit, SEO Training) carry no minimum term or notice period — they conclude on delivery.
6. Payment
This build uses a mock payment step for demonstration purposes — see the checkout page, which states this plainly. No live payment is processed, and no card details are collected or transmitted, in the current build.
7. Liability
We provide services with the care and skill of a senior SEO professional but cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels or AI-answer citation outcomes, as these depend in part on factors outside our control (search engine and AI-tool algorithms, competitor activity, platform changes). Liability for damages is limited to intent and gross negligence, except where mandatory German law provides otherwise (e.g. injury to life, body or health).
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by German law. For contracts with merchants (Unternehmer) under §14 BGB, the place of jurisdiction is Hessen, Germany.
