- Paid media. No Google Ads or Meta Ads management. If you need that, we'll say so and point you elsewhere rather than bolt it onto a service we don't specialise in.
- Web design or development builds. We fix and optimise what exists; we don't design or build new sites from scratch.
- Social media management. Not part of any package here.
- Guaranteed rankings. No one can honestly promise a specific position — we report the metrics in "How we measure," not a position guarantee.
- A dedicated account team. One senior person runs your engagement. That's deliberate, not a limitation to apologise for.
